LÓA NAILS press-on nails fit perfectly petite, average, and larger size nails. LÓA NAILS can be filed (if needed) to match even the smallest nail beds and unique nail shapes. LÓA NAILS nails are easy to file and transform with an attached nail file. If you have wider nail beds and you are worried our press-on nails won't fit, please email us at help@loanails.com with a horizontal measure of your most giant nail to receive an answer (Subject: Will nails fit?)

If applied and removed correctly following the instruction, you have nothing to worry about.

Yes, we recommend good preparation; this will make press-on nails last longer.

1. Remove nail polish. Wash and dry your hands. Do not apply any moisturizer.

2. Using the cuticle stick, push back all cuticles. Gently buff the surface of your natural nails using the softer side of the nail file.

3. Disinfect nails using the alcoholic pad.

4. Select the correct LÓA nail sizes by aligning them with your natural nail.

It's simple, follow the steps below for long wear - up to 14 days.

1. Apply a generous layer of glue to your entire natural nail, like when applying nail polish.

2. Apply a drop of glue on the bottom of the LÓA Nail.

3. Align the LÓA nail under your cuticle, hold and press down firmly for 15 seconds, ensuring the entire nail is receiving pressure, leaving no air pockets between the natural and LÓA nail. Remove the extra glue with the cuticle stick, if necessary.

You have two options, either using the glue or adhesive tabs;

Short Wear (up to 5 days) using glue

1. Apply a thin layer of glue to your entire natural nail, like when applying nail polish.

2. Align the LÓA nail under your cuticle, hold and press down firmly for 15 seconds, ensuring the entire nail is receiving pressure, leaving no air pockets between the natural and LÓA nail. Remove the extra glue with the cuticle stick, if necessary.

For your next event (up to 48-hours), use adhesive tabs.

3. Work one nail at a time. Select the correct adhesive tab size covering most of your natural nail surface.

4. Apply adhesive tab to your natural nail, press, and smooth. Peel of the protective film.

5. Apply the nail and align it with the cuticle. Press down firmly, starting in the middle to the edges. Press down several times for the best fit.

6. Avoid contact with water right after application.

Do not force removal. Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes or until nails start to loosen. With the help of the cuticle stick, carefully lift the LÓA nail edge from your natural nail and with gentle pressure, slowly rotate the stick to remove the nail. If one of your nails falls off prematurely and, instead of reapplying, you wish to remove them all, repeat this process until they all start to loosen up to avoid damage.

Yes, you can reuse the nails. Also, don't forget to save the extra unused nails for the next mix & match mani.

Re-application instructions:
1. Remove the excess glue from the bottom of the LÓA nail and your natural nails using the nail file.

2. Disinfect your natural as well as the LÓA nail.

3. Follow the application steps for Long or Short Wear.

Yes, you can, and don't worry - it happens to the best of us. When one nail fell off earlier than intended, the glue amount was not consistent across the nails. Follow the below steps to re-apply.

1. Remove the excess glue from the bottom of the LÓA nail and your natural nails using the nail file.

2. Disinfect your natural as well as the LÓA nail.

3. Follow the application steps for Long or ShortWear.

Before re-applying, please read the instructions to ensure you’re preparing your natural nail correctly and applying a sufficient amount of nail glue to achieve desired wear time. If you did read the instructions and are still having issues, please try following these tips:

1. Buff your nail gently and use non-oil-based acetone to remove excess oil.

2. Try adding more glue to ensure no air pocket between natural and LÓA nails.

3. Let the glue activate on your natural nail for about 6 seconds before applying the LÓA nail.

4. Press down the nail for 30 seconds, applying pressure to complete the nail surface. Air pockets can form if an area doesn’t receive pressure, causing the nail to come off prematurely.

Nails can be challenging to remove when you "over glued'' them and try to remove them prematurely. Over-gluing means you have used a bit more glue than desired for your intended wear time. In case of "over-gluing," we recommend you to keep the LÓA nails on a little longer to avoid damage that occurs during forced removal.

PRO TIP: You can always cut LÓA NAILS shorter, file them or re-paint them with your favorite nail polish.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Do not force removal. Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes or until nails start to loosen. With the help of the cuticle stick, carefully lift the LÓA nail edge from your natural nail and slowly rotate the stick to remove the nail with gentle pressure.

It is absolutely fine. <3 Sometimes girls wear them even up to 21-24 days. You will remove the nails with ease when they are ready.

Sure we do. We have prepared a list of valuable tips that will make your life even easier when applying LOA NAILS.

First, apply the nails on your weaker hand – apply the thumbnail last.

When applying LÓA nails with glue, use only the tip of your finger when pressing down the LÓA nail to avoid your finger gluing to the skin or leaving any fingerprints.

After application, you can customize the LÓA nails to your preferred length and shape using a nail clipper and nail file.

You can paint them over with nail polish anytime to get that matte or extra shiny finish.

Save extra nails for the next mix and match manicure.

Yes! Our press-on nail line is made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be. The products are also VEGAN certified by PETA.

Yes, we are 10-FREE. Nasties don't belong in nail care. Here’s a breakdown of each toxic ingredient we will NEVER include in our products:

Dibutyl phthalate is a respiratory irritant, which poses the most hazard to nail technicians who may become exposed to large amounts.

TPHP (Triphenyl phosphate) is a plasticizer and a fire retardant, and studies have linked it to changes in normal hormone function.

Toluene is a solvent used in polish to help it dry quickly; the health concerns associated with excessive exposure to this ingredient may include nervous system impairment and immune, kidney, liver, and reproductive effects.

Xylene, when exposed to high concentrations in the air, can cause central nervous system depression and headaches.

Ethyl tosylamide is banned from cosmetics by the European Commission but is still used in the United States. This ingredient is suspected of causing developmental and reproductive toxicity.

Camphor is a fragrant resin still included in many nail products, but it can cause headaches, nausea, and dizziness in high amounts.

Formaldehyde resin can release formaldehyde; the short-term effects of formaldehyde exposure include respiratory and skin irritation. Long-term exposure is suspected of causing cancer.

Parabens are a common preservative but are suspected endocrine disruptors.

Tert-butyl hydroperoxide may be toxic to blood, lungs, liver, respiratory system, and central nervous system.

Packaging disposal guidelines

At LÓA NAILS, we try our best to deliver the best possible experience and sustainable solutions. We are not perfect, but we are committed year after year to further reduce our footprint by developing better packaging solutions and working with responsibly sourced materials.

Disclaimer: We work to provide our customers with accurate guidelines on packaging recyclability; however, please ensure that your city or municipal program is consulted before recycling an item.

PET trays are recyclable through the majority of local curbside recycling programs.

Coated carton boxes are widely recyclable through local curbside recycling programs.

Nail glue and press-on nails are too small to be re-cycled. Please dispose of the glue and the used nails into a household bin.

We are currently evaluating a range of non-virgin materials to improve our footprint shortly.
