Can I return my order? 

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your order. Please note that due to sanitary reasons, LOA NAILS are not possible to return or exchange, however, we do offer refunds or replacement product 

What if the product I received is damaged? 

For defect orders, please email us at within seven days of receiving the nails with your order number and a photo of the damage as proof. Once the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven business daysor replacement will be processed as soon as the damage is confirmed.  

NOTE: The product damaged by the customer is not eligible for a refund or replacement. 

What if I receive the wrong product? 

If you receive a product you did not order, please email us at within seven days of receiving your package with the order number and a photo of the wrong product. Upon verifying your purchase went wrongwe will refund your purchase in full or offer a replacement product of equal or lesser value.  

NOTE: Any opened or used product cannot be refunded or replaced. 

DISCLAIMER: Regarding product descriptions and photography on the website: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and colors are entirely truthful. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look slightly different under various illumination conditions. If a product you have received is not the same as it appears online, exchange or refund is not applicable.  

What if my order is incomplete? 

If you are missing parts of your order, get in touch with us at within two days of receiving your package. Please include relevant pictures/details to help us quickly investigate the problem. Once the problem is confirmed, missing parts will be shipped, or a refund will be issued.
