Shipping & Cancellation Policy

How can I change my order? 

Please contact help@loanails.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

I put the wrong address on my order. What should I do?  

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. LÓA NAILS will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

How can I cancel an order? 

Please contact help@loanails.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled? 

If your order has been canceled successfully, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please contact help@loanails.com if you haven’t received the cancellation confirmation email. 

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?  

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at help@loanails.com with your inquiry. 

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive your tracking number in your order confirmation email, and you can view the order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is processed and shipped.  

I'm having problems with the tracking. What should I do? 

Sorry about that! The carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status in a few cases. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@loanails.com.  

My package is stuck, and tracking shows no movement. What should I do? 

For domestic orders, the package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to help@loanails.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. 

What if my product didn’t arrive? 

First of all, please check the tracking status of your order.  

If your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please be aware that there is nothing we can do about it. However, you can check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally or contact your local post office for help locating the parcel.  

If your order has been lost, please email us at help@loanails.com and let us get back to you in 48h with a perfect solution for you.  

I refused my order; where is my refund? 

Refused delivery is charged 10 EUR to cover the restocking fee, and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return.  

NOTE: Refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.
